How to buy online?
In order to purchase products from our site you must first register a user account. You can do this by accessing the link "New Account" from the main page of our store.
After you have registered as a user, you must choose your favorite product or products and add them to the shopping cart. After you are sure you have added the products that you want (Please check also the sizes you order) click on Order Processing.
After pressing this button, it will automatically load a summary of your order. This summary will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you left for registration and which we use to communicate with you (if you change your e-mail, it is important to switch to the new one o your account on www.babyphoria.ro).
If the products ordered are in stock, you will be called by a commercial rerprezentant to confirm the order and shipping address.
If products are not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail and we will propose similar products.

How, when and how to pay?
Babyphoria accepts two methods of payment: cash and online.
Cash payment is made by you when receiving the package.
Transport is made by fast courier or Romanian Post, taxes on transport being borne only by the Client.
Online payment is made using a credit card through PlatiOnline payment gateway, and the transaction will be shown on your balance as OnlinePay or PlatiOnline.
For credit card payment you can use the following credit card types: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron and Maestro throughPlatiOnline.
Delivery
The approximate delivery time is 7-20 days from time of order confirmation. In exceptional cases the duration may be extended up to 30 days, but the affected customers are notified in advance.
Products ordered are delivered across the country through courier company specialized or through the Romanian Post.
For delivery by courier company, the order will be brought to you at the address indicated in the schedule agreed with the courier.
Products are in original, unopened manufacturer package and are assured throughout transport to delivery.
Upon receiving the package, please check the package integrity and availability of the invoice. Without exception, this document is inside the package.
Special Conditions
In the delivery time may occur factors that could cause delays, regardless of our will or courier company such as inclement weather, accidents or traffic jams. In all cases, a representative from Babyphoria will inform you and will communicate a new date for conducting deliveries.
How to return a product?
Consumers may have to return goods under the following circumstances:
1. Packages shows severe damage;
2. Products were delivered / invoiced wrong. Products other than those requested delivery must be notified immediately, and the consumer will refuse acceptance. Consumers may request its return for replacement, and if the product is not in stock, can opt for replacement or full refund of consideration. If they agree to replace it with a product of higher value, will pay the difference, or if the value is lower, will receive a partial refund to the value of the product replacement. Transportation costs for return and replacement product, if any, shall be borne by the customer.
3. Products manufacturing defects;
4 The products were sized incorrectly ordered by the Customer;
5. The consumer has the right to give notice in writing to the trader that the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days after receiving the product. Also, in accordance with art. Article 7. 1 of Ordinance 130/2000, the Customer has the right to cancel the distance contract within 14 days of receipt of product / goods, without penalty and without giving any reason. In this case, the direct cost of returning the goods will fall, according to the law, the Customer.
6. If agreed to replace it with a higher value product, the customer will pay the difference, or if the value is lower, will receive a partial refund to the value of the product replacement. Transportation costs for return and replacement product, if any, shall be borne by the customer.
What should I do to return a product?
1. Let us know in advance the intention to return by filling out a contact form.
2. You will be contacted by one of our representatives via email that will provide you the steps to be followed.
NOTE: In case of any returned products, they must be in the same condition, in original boxes with labels intact and with all documents which accompanied him (bill, warranty certificates and so on). WARNING! Do not cut inner label of the product.
I want to cancel buying a product
Under current legislation, cancelling the purchase is applicable only to retail customers.
Cancellation of an order can be made within 24 hours of ordering.
This can be done in writing only by filling out a contact form.
Reimbursement will be made only product in the customer's IBAN account. Do not accept packages COD value.
The consumer has the right to give notice in writing to the trader that the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days after receiving the product.
Customer may request a change of product within 14 days of receipt of the package, without penalty and without giving any reason. If another product request will pay the price difference if the product is more expensive. In case the customer opts for a cheaper product, the price difference will not be refunded. Nesco Concept LLC will send requested product in return only after the customer returned product originally purchased. Reimbursement of the product or, if necessary, replacing it will be made within 30 days of return. Refunds or, if necessary, replace the product without penalty and without giving any reason, you can perform the following circumstances: if the products have a seal, it must not be opened - the product must be returned unopened; products purchased must state to be like their reception.

These provisions apply according O.G. 130/2000, if you are purchasing products from this website using distance communication techniques. The customer has the right to choose than once to return / replace a product under Article 4 paragraph 1 letter b) of GO 130/2000. In all cases refund / replacement products as a result of dropping the purchase cost of the return / replacement shall be borne by the customer. Quitting repeatedly purchase will be considered an abuse.
Depending on customer behavior SC Nesco Concept LLC reserves the right to select its customers.
